Program Director (Family Medicine)
Dr. Bohlman Graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1974 and trained in Family Medicine at Saginaw Collaborative Hospitals in Saginaw, Michigan. He has more than 45 years’ experience practicing medicine. He spent the first 11 years of practice in rural Oklahoma, New Mexico and Montana doing full-service Family Medicine including OB. He then moved to Boston, bought an urgent care center, and was soon recruited into Family Medicine teaching where he became the associate program director at Tufts University Family Medicine residency.

Dr. Jeremy Johnson attended medical school at The University of South Alabama. He completed his residency in family medicine at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine Huntsville Family Medicine Residency Program and completed additional training in emergency medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center Jackson. He is board certified in both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. In addition, he completed a faculty development fellowship with the UAB Heersink School of Medicine Department of Family Medicine.

Dr. Pam Hudson is a family physician who has been at Crestwood Medical Center for more than 30 years and served as CEO for the last 16 years. Prior positions include senior executive roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Hudson has focused on the launch of Crestwood’s Medical Education Program since the summer of 2022.

Dr. Adeel Bodla is a native of Multan, Pakistan. He attended NMC, Multan Pakistan. Dr. Bodla joined the Crestwood Family Medicine Residency group due to his long time association with Crestwood Hospital. During his free time, he enjoys badminton, golf, hiking and tennis. Dr. Bodla hopes to continue to constantly provide the best medical care to the community, now passing it on to the next generation of residents.

Dr. Susie Kim obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy in San Antonio, Texas. During her rotations, she discovered her passion for outpatient chronic disease state management/academia and decided to pursue postgraduate residency training in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy.

Tamaya Plott joined the Crestwood Family in 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of West Alabama in Livingston, Al and furthered her studies at Belhaven University where she received her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Tamaya aspires to obtain her doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration.

Dr. Pamela Angelo is a board-certified family medicine and obstetrics (FMOB) specialist. Dr. Angelo brings a wide-ranging approach to family medicine, women’s health and obstetric care to the Huntsville community.

Dr. Courtney Bowen earned a medical degree from University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Medicine. She completed a family medicine residency at UAB Family Medicine in Huntsville, AL, where they served as chief resident during her final year. Throughout residency, Dr. Bowen received numerous accolades, including the Academic Achievement Award for the highest board score in their residency class and program history, and the Program Improvement Award for implementing impactful changes to enhance residency success.
