Dr. Susana Giraldo is a graduate of the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) and holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University. Originally from South Florida, she was drawn to medicine through her passion for serving others and her interest in caring for diverse and underserved communities. Her experiences in medical school strengthened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and health education.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Giraldo enjoys gardening and growing vegetables, hiking, needlepoint, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to continue her training in Family Medicine and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and becoming an active member of her community.
