Dr. Cibson Charles earned his medical degree from Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia. While there, he discovered a love for trekking and exploring the hills and mountains, a passion he has happily carried with him ever since. Before joining this residency, he practiced medicine in his hometown of Chennai, India, working in primary care and hospital medicine. Medicine has always been a significant part of his life, and he hopes to one day share that passion through teaching.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Charles enjoys reading fantasy novels, hiking, and finding any excuse to spend time outdoors. He enjoys getting to know his patients and believes that excellent medicine goes beyond treating an illness, it is also about listening to patients and empowering them to make the best decisions for their health. He is excited to continue learning from those around him and to enjoy the journey along the way.
